To setup PCBA process, routing, tooling, fixture, WI for SMT process.
To improve FPY and provide continuous improvement and communicate with customer to address engineering related issues. Develop Process flow, FMEA, Control Plan for NPI project
Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines
Develop NPI process design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instructions
Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any NPI failure
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement
Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies and procedures
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
At least 1-5 year experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) or related fields.
Good command of English
Leadership, Problem-solving, Independent and target driven.
