Process Engineering Manager

About the Role

Lead and drive SMT manufacturing engineering activities to support operational excellence, process optimization, and business growth. The role is responsible for improving manufacturing performance, managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful introduction of new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMT manufacturing engineering teams and oversee process improvement initiatives.
• Manage new product introduction (NPI) and technical projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing requirements and technical solutions.
• Develop engineering capabilities, standard practices, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or SMT operations.
• Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, DOE, Root Cause Analysis, and quality improvement tools is preferred.
