Responsible for the overall planning of product manufacturing processes, the introduction and improvement of new process technologies in overseas factories, and ensuring that product yield rate targets and output efficiency targets for various products are met as required.
Responsible for the overall planning of various manufacturing systems in overseas factories, including information system development, automation implementation, and advanced process flow development.
Lead the analysis, identification, and improvement of major process issues, formulate long-term and short-term control measures, and reduce product process quality risks.
Participate in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing costs, drive process optimization, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement projects to continuously reduce manufacturing costs and achieve company cost-reduction goals as required.
Participate in the IPD (Integrated Product Development) process, evaluate product manufacturability and process reliability design, and engage in related review activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in optoelectronics, communications, or related fields.
Over 10 years of experience in optical module process introduction and optimization, with at least 5 years in managing optical module process teams; R&D experience is preferred.
Proficient in basic theories of communications, optics, and circuits, familiar with software such as Protel, Pspice, or CAD, and experienced in the process of 400G/800G high-speed optical module products and COB packaging processes.
Knowledgeable in the introduction and optimization of mainstream manufacturing processes in the optical module industry and aware of cutting-edge directions for next-generation advanced processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills, a solid sense of responsibility; proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
