Job Description

About this Position The Process Engineer Supervisor is responsible for leading process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across Mixing, Filling, and Assembly operations. This position serves as the technical expert for manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also provides technical leadership for capital projects, new product introductions, and manufacturing capability development.

What You´ll Do

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, OEE, and process reliability.
  • Analyze and resolve process-related issues using root cause analysis and data-driven methodologies.
  • Support new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing trials.
  • Drive waste reduction, cost-saving, and capacity improvement initiatives.
  • Lead process engineering activities for equipment upgrades and capital projects.
  • Develop and maintain process standards, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Coach and provide technical guidance to engineers and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Mixing, Filling, and Assembly processes.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
  • 1-year contract.
