Process Engineering Technician

Job Scope

• Support engineers in process validation and manufacturing activities.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues on the production floor.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist in equipment evaluation, maintenance, and process optimization.
• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain engineering documentation and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or engineering support experience.
• Experience in production or factory environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
