Process Improvement and Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis for complex business workflows across functions
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; propose solutions with measurable business impact
  • Develop As Is and To Be process maps and process documentation following internal standards
  • Standardize processes across departments to improve efficiency, reduce variation, and increase scalability
  • Analyze processes to determine automation feasibility and solutions
  • Work closely with Smart Automation / IT teams to design endtoend automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution specifications
  • Manage improvement and automation projects from initiation to implementation, including scoping, prioritization, planning, development, UAT, and change management
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Process Owners, IT, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and adoption
  • Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, documentation standards, and automation design guidelines
  • Support organizationwide continuous improvement culture and coach teams on process excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or related fields
  • Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, and crossfunctional transformation projects
  • Handson experience with automation tools such as RPA or workflow systems

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong capability in process mapping and improvement methodologies
  • Understanding of automation technologies and solution design principles
  • Analytical and problemsolving mindset with ability to quantify benefits
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
