Process Improvement and Automation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis for complex business workflows across functions
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; propose solutions with measurable business impact
- Develop As Is and To Be process maps and process documentation following internal standards
- Standardize processes across departments to improve efficiency, reduce variation, and increase scalability
- Analyze processes to determine automation feasibility and solutions
- Work closely with Smart Automation / IT teams to design endtoend automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution specifications
- Manage improvement and automation projects from initiation to implementation, including scoping, prioritization, planning, development, UAT, and change management
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Process Owners, IT, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and adoption
- Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, documentation standards, and automation design guidelines
- Support organizationwide continuous improvement culture and coach teams on process excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, and crossfunctional transformation projects
- Handson experience with automation tools such as RPA or workflow systems
