Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical engineer to support investment projects focused on improving production efficiency and product quality in Global Motorcycle Frame Assembly production line. The role involves project planning and reporting, supporting AI-based quality improvement initiatives, and implementing camera scanning and AI systems to strengthen manufacturing quality control and prevent defects from reaching customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment projects related to production efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and summarize investment project reports including Monthly, Quarterly, and Midterm Plans.
- Support and manage Camera Scan Wiring projects within the production process.
- Participate in long-term AI System projects to enhance manufacturing quality control.
- Learn and understand complete vehicle assembly processes to identify potential quality risks.
- Apply AI technologies and smart inspection systems to analyze production data and detect abnormalities or defects.
- Coordinate with related departments to improve inspection accuracy and reduce quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement activities to prevent defects from reaching customers.
- Analyze process risks and propose improvement actions for production and quality systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, automation, AI systems, or related areas.
- Knowledge or interest in AI systems, machine vision, camera inspection systems, or smart manufacturing technologies.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
- Able to analyze problems and identify process risks effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with AI, image processing, programming, or 3D design software will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI inspection systems or machine vision technology.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly processes.
- Basic programming skills for AI, automation, or data analysis.
