Job Description:
- Design and implement operational strategies, initiatives, plans and processes to support the successful delivery of IT services
- Analyze internal operational process and identify key areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Design, develop, and implement using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes.
- Lead end-to-end development of process automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
- Conduct Research for Bringing new Technology tools to drive Business Improvement
- Liaise with Related Stakeholder for Project Control
- Perform additional relevant responsibilities as delegated by the line manager
Qualification
- Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in process automation, Business Analyst, IT development, or IT project delivery.
- Handle project management about Business Process improvement, IT Implementation and user, vendors, IT support.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
