Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to enhance financial and accounting operations through automation, digital transformation, and data-driven insights. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and enabling better decision-making across finance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement low-code applications (e.g., Power Apps) integrated with ERP/SAP systems
  • Develop and manage RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) for automating repetitive tasks
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and collaborate with stakeholders for solution rollout and training

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Consulting
  • Experience in financial system implementation or development
  • Hands-on experience with RPA or low-code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath)
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Power BI
