Responsibilities
1Quality System Maintenance
- Assist in establishing, improving, and maintaining the quality management system to ensure it complies with relevant standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001.
- Regularly review and update the quality manual, procedure documents, and work instructions to drive the continuous improvement of the quality system.
- Participate in internal audits and management review activities, and track and verify the rectification of non-conformities.
2Product Quality Control
- Develop and implement the product quality control plan, and clarify the quality inspection standards and methods at each stage.
- Inspect and test raw materials, components, and finished products to strictly control product quality.
- Analyze quality data, use statistical tools (such as SPC, FMEA, etc.) for quality trend analysis, and promptly identify potential quality issues.
3Quality Problem Handling
- In response to quality problems that occur during the production process, quickly organize relevant departments to conduct cause analysis and rectification.
- Develop temporary and long-term corrective and preventive measures, track the implementation effects of the measures and verify them.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product quality abnormalities caused by raw material quality problems.
4Customer Quality Feedback Handling
- Be responsible for handling customer quality complaints and feedback, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize relevant departments to investigate and analyze the quality problems feedback by customers, develop improvement measures, and provide feedback to customers.
- Collect and sort out customer quality feedback information to provide a basis for product quality improvement.
5Quality Training and Communication
- Organize quality training activities to improve employees&apos quality awareness and operation skills.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with departments such as R&D, production, and procurement to ensure that product quality requirements are effectively implemented at all links.
- Participate in new product development projects, provide suggestions and support from a quality perspective, and ensure the reliability of new product quality.

1Educational Background
- A bachelor&aposs degree or above in relevant majors such as machinery, electronics, chemistry, etc.
2Work Experience
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience in product quality engineering, and those with work experience in the manufacturing industry are preferred.
3Professional Skills
- Be familiar with quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc.
- Master common quality inspection equipment and methods, and have certain data analysis capabilities.

- Have good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability, and be able to analyze and solve quality problems quickly and accurately.
- Have an understanding of the quality standards and regulatory requirements of relevant industries.
