Location: Nonthaburi Thailland
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control in-process quality to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, and work instructions.
- Handle internal quality issues and support customer complaints related to process quality.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure process readiness from a quality perspective.
- Prepare quality reports, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Support internal and external audits related to process quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in quality engineering or process quality in a manufacturing environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage.
