About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Service Delivery to lead new service deployments and customer onboarding initiatives. This role plays a critical part in managing medium-to-large projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery launches across global delivery hubs.
What You Will Do
- Lead project management activities for new service deployments and customer onboarding from a service delivery perspective.
- Manage medium-to-large scale projects for major service launches and service extensions, including project planning, milestones, deliverables, risk management, reporting, and scheduling.
- Partner closely with the PMO team to support new initiatives and develop end-to-end project documentation for delivery hub launches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery launches, ensuring timely and effective communication of milestones, risks, and updates.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage request forms and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update Global Service Delivery documentation, such as Service Delivery Manuals and Tracking Guidance.
- Provide process and project management support during large-scale escalations.
- Ensure internally developed tools are updated to reflect changes in implemented processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at cost optimization, resource efficiency, and quality enhancement through process re-engineering.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience in project and process management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with effective time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder needs.
