Process Tech Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and review business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and technology adoption.

Design and enhance processes, translating requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

Develop and maintain State Machine / Workflow Diagrams to explain system logic clearly.

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure process-to-system alignment.

Support high-level system testing (UAT / Scenario Testing) to validate process accuracy.

Create and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Communicate and explain process flows and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Process, or related fields.

14 years of experience (JuniorMid level) in Process Improvement, System Analysis, or IT Transformation.

Strong understanding of State Machine, Workflow, and Finite State Diagrams.

Skilled in Process Mapping, Flowcharting, Sequence Diagramming, with the ability to explain ideas clearly.

Basic knowledge of IT systems, databases, or programming logic is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills; enjoys explaining and knowledge sharing.

Ability to create clear, structured documentation and user-friendly manuals.

Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.

Nice to Have

Experience using tools such as draw.io, Figma, Miro, Trello, sequencediagram.org (or similar).

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools when needed.
