We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Procurement Category Manager to lead our Raw Materials category and drive value across our supply chain.
In this role, you will work closely with both local and global stakeholders to implement category strategies, optimize supplier performance, and ensure sustainable cost, quality, and supply continuity. This position plays a critical role in connecting local operations with the global procurement network.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of raw materials category strategies aligned with global direction
- Manage supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Deliver cost savings and value through effective cost management and year-on-year improvement initiatives
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity and resilience
- Drive supplier performance, quality improvement, and innovation initiatives
- Conduct market and commodity analysis to inform pricing, sourcing, and strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QA, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate procurement standards
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in FMCG procurement, especially in raw/ingredient materials
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of commodity markets and price modeling
- Proven ability to work in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in cost management, supplier performance, and risk management
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
