Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, delivery, and compliance requirements. Developing sensitivity models (change in material costs, supply risk) to proactively manage P&L volatility
Driving continuous improvements in sourcing, support, governance, projects & excellence
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that mitigate risks and support business objectives. Good understanding of Thai commercial law and contract structuring
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and provide strategic guidance and supportImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience 5 to 8 years in procurement especially for Supply chains, logistics, warehousing industry, with at least 2+ years in reporting manager capacity
Prior knowledge across procurement sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trend, and make decisions
Able to effectively communicate outcome to management and Strong understanding of Thai supplier landscape
Familiarity with procurement related software: sourcing, vendor mgmt, communication, bidding, etc
