Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Procurement Manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for General Supply, Operation and Packaging categories, excluding raw materials
- Oversee procurement related to General Supply, maintenance projects and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), including spare parts, equipment, and services
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to support business requirements
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance (quality, delivery, cost)
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement,
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in procurement for General Supply, maintenance projects / operational support will be an advantage
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and cost optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English
