Thai Union Group is seeking a Group Procurement Project Manager to lead strategic procurement projects and deliver best-in-class practices across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define milestones, timelines, and budgets for critical procurement projects.
- Develop project charters, detailed plans, and progress reports to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Execution:
- Lead implementation of tenders and procurement initiatives across business units and categories.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Thai Union's procurement roadmap.
Collaboration & Governance:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve roadblocks.
- Participate in procurement-related processes (spend enrichment, reporting) and strategic activities related to Sonar deliverables.
Key Goals:
- Deliver 100% of assigned projects on time and within budget.
- Maximize savings through effective tender execution.
- Ensure alignment with Thai Union's global procurement strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within procurement or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across global functions and business units.
