Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, production). Deeply understand their needs, proactively provide professional sourcing solutions, resource recommendations, and alternatives, and continuously improve procurement support and service.
Responsible for developing, sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers to optimize the supply chain structure, ensure the supply of high-quality resources, support production demands, and achieve cost-saving targets.
Manage the full lifecycle of existing suppliers, including but not limited to tracking, evaluating, and maintaining relationships regarding their production schedules, logistics, product quality, and after-sales service to ensure supply timeliness and consistent quality.
Formulate and execute procurement plans for projects/materials, lead the entire procurement process, ensure on-time delivery, and guarantee smooth project or operational progress.
Proficiently operate various company systems (e.g., SAP, OA) and independently manage the full online procurement workflow, including purchase requisitions, order placement, progress tracking, reconciliation, and payments.
Regularly consolidate data, conduct market and cost analyses for assigned procurement categories, and prepare and present procurement analysis reports to support management decision-making.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, willingly share resources and information, and actively support the achievement of team goals.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, business ethics, and strive to safeguard company interests and maintain long-term supply chain stability.
Efficiently complete other related tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2-3 years or more of relevant procurement experience, with experience independently managing specific categories or projects.
Experience in manufacturing or related industry procurement is preferred; experience in logistics/express delivery industry procurement or collaboration is highly advantageous.
Experience independently procuring for large projects or complex materials, capable of leading the process from sourcing to delivery, is preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, capable of calmly and efficiently handling urgent, complex, and unexpected situations.
High stress tolerance, able to maintain clear thinking in a fast-paced environment, meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in English as a working language, with fluent written and oral communication skills.
