Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Procurement Supervisor to oversee end-to-end procurement operations across Turtle23's portfolio of restaurant and lifestyle brands. This role is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring timely procurement and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, maintaining strong supplier partnerships, and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from reviewing purchase requests to ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Evaluate purchasing requirements and source products that best meet operational needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to expand the approved vendor base and enhance sourcing competitiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value for the company.
- Prepare and verify procurement documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance before issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement transactions to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and Accounting, to resolve procurement and documentation issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct supplier performance evaluations in accordance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics) to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, optimize costs, and support business growth.
- Perform other procurement and operational support duties assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while achieving cost savings.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
