Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist, located in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and promoting financial products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, assisting clients with product solutions, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience or expertise in Product Specialist roles, with the ability to analyze and understand financial products
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and product performance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns
• Sales skills with the ability to promote products and drive business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Thai and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• A proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork spirit
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry is a plus
