Build and maintain a product roadmap, breaking features into realistic milestones based on priority and team capacity, while supporting planning and alignment with PMO to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers for flow consistency and usability, and work with technical teams to validate feasibility, dependencies, and API-driven data limitations.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices, analyzing potential user personas, motivations, and behavior patterns to define product direction.
Create detailed user flows, feature flows, and functional requirements, reviewing them from both a UX and technical perspective to ensure clarity before design handoff.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Owner, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, especially early-stage discovery and definition.
Strong capability in creating user flows, wireframes, and structured product documentation, with a basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and system integrations.
Proficiency with Figma, Trello, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience or exposure to trading platforms, fintech products, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is a strong advantage.
