Product and Campaign Operations Senior Associate

Job Summary:

As the Product and Campaign Operations Senior Associate, you will own the process of product operation and campaign strategy execution, including launching and operating user growth strategy for digital insurance products in Thailand (potentially for more markets)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Operate and continuously improve operation domains: UX copy writing, Customer Segmentation, Campaign and Marketing, Promotion, Finance Reconciliation and Settlement

- Monitor data driven operation performance, customer service feedbacks and resolutions, with support from internal business intelligence team and digital product team

- Support project management for key partnership delivery projects operation set-ups

- Regularly distill customer demands and market opportunities, benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes

- Stay self-driven to understand commercial strategy and insurance product design, and to identify and champion product improvements

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/College Degree with Finance, Marketing, Data or relevant backgound

- At least 3 years of experience in digital insurance/user growth/campaign operation/digital partnership delivery

- Attention to details, data sensitive, with problem solving, customer-first mindshare and skills

- Strong analytical skills, digital product user growth operations, project management experience are preferred

- Great written, verbal communication as well as stakeholder management skills with internal function teams and external partners

Requirements/Qualifications (good to have)

- A good understanding of the digital insurance as well as the Insurance industry landscape in Thailand;

- Has previous experience in insurance industry via digital channels and growth hacking experience

- Previous E-commerce/TechFin experience (big plus)

- Adaptive to fast-pace work environment, and comfortable to steep learning curve
