Product Business Analyst(Life Insurance) - 12 Months - up to SGD8k

Are you an experienced Product Business Analyst(Life Insurance) looking to drive high-impact product launches and system enhancements Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, working closely with the Project Manager and Head of Product Delivery. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions-leading requirement gathering, championing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving successful end-to-end project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business analysis for new life insurance product launches, product enhancements, marketing campaigns, fund launches, and Day 2 builds.
• Define project scope, lead requirement-gathering workshops, and author robust Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories.
• Design test plans and test cases, execute UAT, verify results pre- and post-release, manage defects, and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Act as a central point of contact between IT, business users, and regional/cross-functional teams to ensure clear alignment on requirements.
• Create comprehensive training documentation for distributors and end customers, supporting ad-hoc initiatives assigned by leadership.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of proven track record in business analysis, process mapping, and UAT lifecycle management within the Life Insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical mind, structured problem-solving skills, and end-to-end process mapping capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to run workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of Agile working environments is highly advantageous.
