All about the role:
Undertakes assigned technical tasks of low complexity to support professional colleagues and implements local action plans (such as Direct Material efficiency, Low-Cost Country, and Service Call Rate improvement action plans). Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from others.
What you'll do:
- Create and develop cost reduction projects to deliver cost saving in order to meet the company goal
- Lead CR Projects (individual project)
- Create/update drawing, Part approval (AA/FT), ECR/ECN, BOM
- Solving issues concerned with project (running and implemented project)
- Support CR team activities
- CR projects summarize and report
- Sample parts/product request and control
- Stock tracking and new part implement monitoring
- Support some activities of PC team
Who You Are:
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Tooling or Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Part/Product Development in the R&D department of home appliances industry
- Experienced in Cost Reduction project is preferred.
