- To design and develop the new products the transfer to mass production. Engineer need to review customer requirement then design/develop products to serve customer requirement.

You will be reporting to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
What You Will Do
- To develop products to provide most customers with preferable product performance and quality.
- Coordinating design development with Global product team and GID.
- Translate or design in Molex's engineering document and drawing standard format.
- Support fabricates product samples for customer review & approval.
- RFQ for engineering to gather BOM, Process and Tooling cost.
- Support Process engineers and production team in improving quality and productivity continuously. (Only for Senior level)
- Support Process Engineer and production team in solving quality and production issues relating to product design.
- Lead or support the end-to-end engineering change, from initial request / notice from customer to production.
- Provide technical service/support to both internal and external customers.
- Dive into root cause analysis and troubleshooting throughout the design phase.
- Build and test prototypes to push product performance as customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in design, cost, and quality (Only for Senior level).
- Solves engineering issues relating to quality, cost, and timing expectations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgement with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- A degree in Electrical or related engineering field.

What Will Put You Ahead
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferable NX CAD, but welcome experience with other tools like SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with Design validation.
- Strong in Project management.
- Experience in PPAP/APQP/DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan.
- Elevating urgency & timeliness of root cause identification issue resolution and project implementation.
- Proactively/Vigilant Engineering Change Management. Robust action plans to achieve change closure.
- Testing design and development experience is preferred
