Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are looking for a Product Designer who goes beyond visual execution, someone who understands how products work, why users behave the way they do, and how design decisions influence business outcomes. You think in systems, structure problems clearly, and craft experiences that are both intuitive and scalable.

Responsibilities

1. Product & UX Strategy

• Work with product managers and stakeholders to define problems, user goals, and success metrics.
• Conduct UX audits, competitive research, or lightweight discovery to frame opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and system flows that balance usability, business needs, and technical constraints.

2. Interface Design & System Thinking

• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent interfaces across web and mobile.
• Build scalable design patterns and components that support product growth.
• Elevate clarity and usability through strong layout, hierarchy, states, and micro-interactions.
• Maintain consistency across the product ecosystem by contributing to (or co-building) the design system.

3. Execution, Iteration & Delivery

• Produce high-fidelity UI visuals using Figma and relevant design tools.
• Rapidly iterate based on testing insights, team feedback, or changing requirements.
• Document edge cases, variations, and responsive behavior to assist smooth development handover.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design quality through implementation.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Present design rationale clearly to product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback and elevating team quality.
• Work cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, QA, analysts, and other designers.
• Advocate for user-centered design while understanding business and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product / UIUX design with a portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution.
• Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design workflows.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, systems thinking, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and ability to structure complex ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Bonus: experience in motion design, usability testing, product analytics, or design systems.
