About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the user experiences for apps and websites. You will work on the entire design process, from initial user research and journey mapping to creating polished UI designs and collaborating with engineering to ensure seamless implementation. This is an opportunity for a creative problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of new and existing features across our app and website, focusing on usability and intuitive user flows.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create detailed user journey maps to identify user needs and pain points.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Present and articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and leadership.
- Manage project documentation and timelines, ensuring clear communication and alignment with other teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
- Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a significant plus.
- Prior experience in Fintech is also highly desirable.
- Knows English, with good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse, English-speaking teams.
- AI knowledge is a plus
