Product Development & Partner Manager (Insurance Broker)

Responsibilities;

1) Develop new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with insurance partners.

2) Review coverage, pricing logic, and feasibility for new product concepts.

3) Prepare product proposals, business cases, and pricing analysis for management approval.

4) Coordinate closely with Underwriting, Risk, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment (OIC requirements).

5) Communicate product requirements, negotiate key terms, and ensure service standards.

6) Monitor product roadmap and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the development cycle.

7) Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to support product commercialization.

8) Develop go-to-market strategies, sales forecasts, and launch plans.

9) Act as Project Lead to drive end-to-end product implementation across the organization.

10) Coordinate with IT, Operations, Call Center, Branch Network, QA, and Training teams.

11) Monitor performance and resolve issues post-launch to improve product quality and adoption.

Qualifications;

1) Bachelor's degree or higher, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related fields.

2)Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Execution, Underwriting, Broker, or Business Development in non-life insurance.

3) Excellent Knowledge in the insurance business, especially the Motor insurance product

4) Solid ability in business analysis, pricing logic, and understanding insurance product structures.

5) Familiarity with product implementation processes (BRD, UAT, SIT, workflow setup).

6) Strong communication and coordination skills; able to interact confidently with insurer partners and internal stakeholders.

7) Pleasant personality, strong decision-making, good human relations, a team player, creative mindset and interpersonal Skill

8) Project management experience with the ability to handle cross-functional tasks.

9) Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset. And have a good command in English, both speaking and writing

10) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, presentation skills and basic data analysis.
