Job Description

Work with Head of Accident & Health and UW on developing new products for the A&H business. As a key member of the A&H product team this role will focus on ideation, product innovation, product marketing and marketing intelligence including:

  • Act as the go-to-lead for researching, positioning, & designing new product ideas and value propositions to support the business
  • Support the Head of Accident and Health and UW in the development and planning of the product roadmap and defining the overall product strategy for the business
  • Lead discussions at the ideation stage of product development and work closely with distribution teams including agency, telemarketing, brokers as well as external partners
  • Work closely with other product lines to identify opportunities for product bundling and co-creation of new product ideas
  • Support the Head of Accident and Health and UW in management of the product development process including management of the product/committee approvals, business case documentation, developing project timelines and working with other functional stakeholders to fulfill all product development tasks and deliverables for launch.
  • Collect and share new product ideas which are launched in the market by competitors in Thailand or within the region
  • Support and lead any customer insight activity to support in the development of new product ideas
  • Develop product related collaterals including marketing message/contents/selling point, product proposals, training materials and sales scripts to support product launches and partnership discussions
  • Working with distribution teams - support and design product marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase the marketability of our products and post launch analysis & solutions.

What we are looking for

  • Related experience - preferably within Insurance and with experience in product design or marketing
  • Candidates should possess a creative mindset and be willing to think out of the box and apply various techniques including design thinking to develop and test new product ideas and concepts
  • Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with distribution teams and external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Powerpoint
  • Strong proficiency in English and local language required
