Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Structuring: Design and structure complex lending products, including pricing models and collateral frameworks, to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Business Acquisition & Ecosystems: Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and drive App-in volume.
- Deal Analysis & Financial Modeling: Apply advanced financial analysis to assess the viability of product programs and monitor portfolio performance through data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact between front-line sales (RM) and back-office credit/risk teams to ensure seamless deal execution and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in:
- Lending Product Development within Banking or Non-bank sectors.
- Investment Banking (IB) / Corporate Finance: Experience in deal structuring, valuation, or capital markets.
- Business Development (BD): Proven track record in strategic sales, partnership management, or identifying new revenue streams in the financial services industry.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability in financial modeling, P&L management, and understanding of risk-weighted asset (RWA) concepts is highly desirable.
- Strategic & RM Mindset: Must have a Hunter mindset for growth combined with the ability to coach and align with Relationship Managers (RM).
