1. Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external insurance partners, to ensure smooth project delivery
2. Understand end-to-end life insurance products & Process and market trends to ensure projects align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
4. Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
6. Good presentation skills and able to contribute to the development of any assigned projects or initiatives.
7. Develop messaging, positioning, and promotional materials to support product launches.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Insurance, Statistic or related field.
2.Minimum 58 years of experience in project management, preferably within Life insurance, brokerage, financial services, or fintech.
3. Solid understanding of life insurance products, industry operations, and intermediary/broker channel dynamics.
4. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and able to use Excel
5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
