Job Summary:
The Product Development Manager owns and drives end-to-end product development projects, balancing technical excellence, cost efficiency, and business objectives. This role provides technical leadership, manages cross-functional and international collaboration, and ensures project delivery in line with company's global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as project owner for product development initiatives from initiation to closure
- Plan and manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Provide technical guidance to the team and proactively manage project risks
- Lead communication and negotiations with customers to achieve business and project goals
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and ensure compliance with company's global standards
- Secure production approval and successful project handover
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Development, Plastic Packaging, Plastic Injection, or Closure
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated leadership capability
- Solid understanding of technical, cost, and manufacturing perspectives
- Strong English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally
- Ability to manage diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
