Product Development Manager (LH Bank)

Job Description :

• Develop, manage, and oversee the business requirements for the systematic development of projects for the Bancassurance Channel.
• Provide consultation to the partner on gathering requirements, defining specifications, and using techniques and tools to ensure that all business requirements are complete and accurate.
• Create comprehensive workflows for system and program development to fully support business operations.
• Prepare test scenarios, conduct system testing, summarize test results, and manage the development team to ensure timely completion of goals.
• Improve and develop sales processes, as well as other programs, to support sales activities.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, product management, and process improvement in the life insurance, non-life insurance, or related industries
• At least 3 years of experience in team management
• Strong analytical, planning, and team management skills
• Proficient in English communication
