Product Development/ Mutual Fund Filing
Responsible for end-to-end product development of mutual fund products, covering the product idea generation, product design and structuring, regulatory filing with the SEC, management of relevant processes required to enable fund launches, as well as ongoing fund updates, disclosures, and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with relevant teams to develop product ideas from both investment and business perspective for new product offering.
- Manage the mutual fund launch process, including product design and structuring, development of new processes and workflows, and the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
- Develop marketing and presentation materials for selling agents and investors.
- Deliver assigned project deliverables related to new product launches, as well as broader business development initiatives.
- Perform ongoing mutual fund disclosure and reporting requirements to ensure accuracy completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 0-5 years experience in financial services and related fields; experience in the asset management industry is an advantage.
- Solid Knowledge of investments and financial products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and develop practical solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with partners and collaborate across internal team and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Morningstar Direct and Bloomberg is an advantage.
