Job Description

Senior Product Engineer SENSOR

• Lead and manage CQC verification, to meet target throughput time.
• Collaborate closely with CQE, Designer, FA, and Applications engineering teams to clarify and understanding the failure.
• Perform in-depth failure analysis and root cause identification for product-related issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong focus on semiconductor sensor devices (e.g., MEMS, magnetic, pressure, inertial sensors).
• Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio, Minitab).
• Familiar with failure analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, FIB, OBIRCH).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Staff Product Engineer

Job Summary

As a Staff Product Engineer specializing in MOTION SENSORs, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle engineering support of our advanced sensor products, focusing on factory transfer product, yield improvement, cost reduction, and quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities

Product Ownership: Enable a smooth factory transfer and rapid ramp. Support Re-Qualification Product

(Focused on Final Test) and Project transfer as required.

Yield & Cost Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product yield, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve test efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance data, including yield trends, test time, and quality metrics, to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business line, test, process, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product ramp-up and sustaining efforts.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering reports, present technical findings, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all assigned products and projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product engineering, test engineering, or a related role within the semiconductor industry, a strong focus on sensor products is a plus.

Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio, Minitab).

Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Good command of spoken and written English.
