Location: Lad Krabang, Bangkok Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with R&D and local engineering teams to support new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and optimize test and assembly processes to improve yield and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications.
- Manage engineering changes and prepare related manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate internally within the engineering, R&D, Quality, planning, purchasing and related teams to ensure the agreed design and configuration is reflected accurately within the relevant product specification and BOMs.
- Management the implementation of Engineering Change Notification (ECN) based on the design/product changes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- At lease 1 years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing environment, especialize for Optical Transceiver Receiver or Electronic.
- Familiar with NPI, MES, and engineering change processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- English, Chinese and Thai language communication is prefer.
