Location: Lad krabang, Bangkok Thailland
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with R&D and local engineering teams to support new product transfer starting from NPI (New Product Introduction) through full-scale production.
- Collaborate internally within the engineering, R&D, Quality, planning, purchasing and related teams to ensure the agreed design and configuration is reflected accurately within the relevant product specification and BOMs.
- Management the implementation of Engineering Change Notification (ECN) based on the design/product changes.
- Lead root cause analysis on failure analysis in production floor, customer returns (RMA) through 8D process and provide corrective action.
- Relevant Manufacturing / Work Instruction documents preparing and maintaining as required.
- Maintaining and improving test station yield, testing equipment and fixture, creating management procedure for testing equipment and fixture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunication related majors.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing industry (electronics is preferred) or new graduate also welcome.
- Experience in testing equipment maintenance
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of equipment maintenance plans
- Experience in writing/modifying FMEA/SOP documents.
- English communication prefer.
