Product Group Manager will lead and oversee all commercial activities within the DGNF category, especially in Inner beauty and Cosmetic category. Driving sales performance, strategic execution, and supplier partnerships will be mandatory needed across multiple divisions. Reporting to the Division Director, this role combines highlevel strategic planning with handson implementation and continuous improvement to achieve business growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Division Sales Review & Analysis
Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) sales reviews for each division.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities; present actionable insights to leadership.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and cascade key commercial strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
Ensure timely rollout and rigorous followthrough of strategic initiatives.
- Supplier Performance Management
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with core suppliers.
Drive performance improvement through KPI setting, regular scorecards, and joint business planning.
- Sales & Service Expansion
Formulate and implement plans to broaden product offerings and aftersales services.
Liaise with marketing, operations and customer service teams to launch and support new programs.
- CrossFunctional Leadership
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, operations and marketing to ensure endtoend execution.
Act as the primary escalation point for commercial issues and roadblocks.
- Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Oversee preparation of comprehensive performance reports (sales, margin, promotions, competitor activity).
Lead postimplementation reviews; identify lessons learned and drive process enhancements.
