Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Implementation professional to join our team at Thai Group Holdings in Bangkok, Thailand. As a Product Implementation specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of life insurance products for our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product implementation strategies to ensure efficient and effective roll-out of new life insurance products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely product launches
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate these insights into product implementation plans
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial targets
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support product implementation activities
  • Conduct training and provide ongoing support to internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a thorough understanding of new products and processes
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make suggestions for product innovation and differentiation
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the product implementation process
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product implementation progress and outcomes Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product implementation, preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English and Thai is required
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to travel as needed for product launches and training purposes
