Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Innovation Chef, based in Bangkok. The role involves developing innovative food concepts, creating new recipes, and optimizing existing products to meet customer needs and market trends. The chef will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge solutions. Activities include testing and developing ingredients, conducting sensory evaluations, researching food trends, and participating in customer presentations and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recipe creation, food product development, and culinary innovation
  • Knowledge of sensory evaluation, food science, and flavor profiling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in market trend analysis and incorporating insights into product development
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for food innovation
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar culinary or product innovation role
  • Formal culinary education and/or degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related disciplines is preferred
  • Understanding of the Asia Pacific culinary landscape and regional food preferences is advantageous
