Role: Product Integration Engineer

Location: Pathum Wan, Bangkok
As part of the Global Product Integration & Connectivity team, this position will provide product testing and release for a variety of products and delivery methods. The role focuses on testing & release of company products across network delivery platforms in client environments. This position also extends into real-time, large-scale performance validation under the FTRP program, leveraging automation and modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve testing efficiency, quality, and insight generation
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external partners to drive testing and release execution
- Perform end-to-end qualification from Data Center distribution to client desktop
- Execute real-time data testing (high-volume streaming, large-scale validation such as 750K instruments)
- Conduct benchmarking, soak testing, and performance comparison against baseline platforms
- Perform latency (p50/p95/p99), jitter, and TCP/network analysis
- Validate migration scenarios and backward compatibility with legacy systems (EED)
- Prevent deployment issues in client production environments
- Maintain lab environments that emulate client production environments
- Produce Technical Operations Notice (TON) and Note for the Record (NFR)
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and scripting
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and test coverage
- Analyse system behavior under load (CPU, memory, throughput, packet loss)
- Support global POP rollout testing cycles
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in QA including manual, automation, and performance testing
- Strong real-time / low-latency system testing experience
- Hands-on benchmarking, soak testing, throughput and latency validation
- Experience handling large-scale data streams (hundreds of thousands or more)
- Strong Linux administration skills: system configuration, process management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting
- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash) for automation
- Experience analysing logs, system metrics, and debugging issues
- Windows system knowledge: configuration, client validation, and enterprise integration
- Networking expertise: TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, routing
- Hands-on with packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark)
- Strong troubleshooting across system, network, and application layers
- Python programming for automation and data analysis
- Experience with test tools and monitoring tools
AI / Automation / Advanced Testing Skills:
- Hands-on usage of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude Sonnet
- Ability to leverage AI tools for test automation, scripting, and data analysis
- Experience applying AI/ML for anomaly detection in latency, throughput, and system metrics
- Experience using AI to accelerate root cause analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of prompt engineering and effective AI-assisted workflows
- Data-driven testing and intelligent optimization using AI insights
