About The Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join the Digital Product team. This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating customer and business needs into practical product solutions, and managing product delivery across business, technology, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand both business and technical requirements, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into clear product requirements, workflow diagrams, user flows, and technical documentation.
- Create and maintain feature requests, product feature overviews, project plans, and product roadmaps to support new initiatives and product enhancements.
- Translate customer and business needs into business and technology solutions, especially for e-services, e-vouchers, digital products, and application features.
- Assess requirement feasibility together with technology teams, including system design, integration approach, timeline, and potential risks.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery, including requirement clarification, solution alignment, timeline tracking, UAT support, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
- Manage change requests by evaluating scope, timeline impact, and stakeholder alignment before implementation.
- Work closely with business, engineering, operations, compliance, and regional teams to ensure product solutions are delivered with quality and on time.
- Monitor project progress, identify blockers, resolve issues, and recommend practical actions to ensure timely completion.
- Support production issue investigation and coordinate with relevant teams to provide clear analysis and resolution plans.
- Act as a product owner with a fixer mindset, able to think quickly, solve problems under pressure, and drive practical outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related role in digital products, e-wallet, banking, fintech, IT solutions, or platform products
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, requirement gathering, business analysis, system integration, and software delivery process
- Solid technical foundation, including basic understanding of APIs, system workflows, application logic, and integration concepts
- Able to simplify complex business and technical topics into clear documentation and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with high attention to detail
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Positive attitude, adaptable, hands-on, and willing to take ownership
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
