Role Description
We are seeking a Product Management Supervisor - Business Solution (Printer MFP) for a full-time, on-site position located in Sathon. The role involves overseeing and managing product strategies for printer multifunctional products (MFPs). Key responsibilities include supervising a team, analyzing market trends, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, engaging in customer service activities, and conducting product training sessions. The role also entails collaborating with various departments to align tasks with the organization's goals and ensuring optimal product performance in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and product performance
- Excellent communication skills for clear and concise interactions with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Experience in providing high-quality customer service and building strong client relationships
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions for employees or customers
- Proficiency in business solution strategies related to multifunctional printers and office automation products is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the office automation and electronics industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken, is preferred
