Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join BJC team leading and growing our portfolio of aesthetic treatment products, including injectables, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin products, and other aesthetic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive product growth
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with key accounts, KOLs, clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic practitioners
- Deliver compelling product presentations and training sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals
- Lead product positioning, campaign execution, and promotional activities aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, and commercial teams to maximize product performance
- Monitor territory performance and provide regular business and competitor analysis reports
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure effective solutions and high customer satisfaction
- Serve as a role model and strategic partner for the sales organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or aesthetic healthcare industry
- Experience as Assistant Product Manager or Product Manager in aesthetics, injectables, fillers, Botox, or dermatology products is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of aesthetic market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent strategic thinking, marketing analysis, and business planning skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized mindset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Comfortable traveling for business with own transportation
