Key strategic role driving the growth of leading aesthetic & medical beauty brands in Thailand. You'll own the full product lifecyclefrom strategy and launch to performance and market leadershipworking closely with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy & roadmap for assigned aesthetic brands
- Lead new product launches and go-to-market execution
- Define product positioning, pricing & messaging based on market insights
- Analyze market trends, competitors & consumer behavior (incl. Gen Z)
- Drive product performance through sales analysis & forecasting
- Act as product expert, supporting sales enablement & training programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen brand competitiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related fields
- 35 years experience in Product / Brand / Strategic Marketing (Aesthetic, beauty, pharmaceutical, or healthcare background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, branding & go-to-market strategy
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills (Thai & English)
- Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about the aesthetic industry
