Product Manager, AI & Digital

The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the execution and delivery of AI and digitalproducts within a cross-functional squad. This is a role suited to someone whothrives in complex stakeholder environments, brings strong product judgementand is motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes through practical,hands-on execution - operateing at the intersection of strategy, delivery, andclient partnership. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what tobuild it is for someone who shapes what gets built, how it gets prioritised,and why it matters. You will work independently, coach more junior teammembers, and act as a trusted product partner to client leadership.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Lead discovery and problem framingon complex engagements, defining the right questions before the right solutions
• Translate strategic goals intoclear product vision, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks
• Conduct and direct user andstakeholder research to ground product decisions in evidence
• Define and track success metricsthat connect product outcomes to business and client goals
• Identify and manage product risks,dependencies, and trade-offs with clarity and confidence

Delivery & Execution

• Own the product backlog end-to-end, ensuring it reflects the right priorities at every stage of delivery
• Translate strategy into well-scoped epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on
• Drive sprint ceremonies and agile delivery rhythms with focus and discipline
• Navigate governance, compliance, and approval processes in regulated environments without losing delivery pace
• Maintain consistently high standards in product thinking, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Stakeholder Management & ClientPartnership

• Build trusted relationships with client leadership across business, product, and technology functions
• Communicate product direction,trade-offs, and progress clearly at all levels, including C-suite
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities with tact and resolve, keeping delivery on track
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to shaping the next phase of client engagement

People Development & Practice

• Mentor Consultants and AssociateConsultants, providing structured feedback and creating growth opportunities
• Contribute to internal knowledgesharing, playbooks, and PSYKHE's product management practice
• Support hiring through interviews,portfolio reviews, and assessment of candidates
• Model the standard for productcraft, rigour, and professionalism across the team

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• At least 2 years experienceworking in product management, preferably with AI/ML driven, data, platform orintelligent products.
• A builder mindset, with a trackrecord of taking products from 0 to 1.
• Strong understanding of AI/MLconcepts and LLM product patterns. You have built AI-native products andexperiences for complex, regulated industries.
• Proven experience owning productroadmaps, PRDs, delivery, launch planning and post-launch optimisation in agiledevelopment environments
• Experience working with financialservices and government
• An exceptional communicator whoadapts your style across engineers, designers, and executive stakeholders
• Proven experience owning productmetrics (adoption rate, feature usage, ROI) and governing multi-projectportfolios
• Proven ability to manage seniorclient or executive relationships
