Job Description

We are representing a European company to appoint Product Manager for aftermarket focus on primary focus on Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. This role reports to regional Sales Manager based in Thailand and work from home.

Summary

This role is a market-facing Product Manager operating within the APAC Product Marketing

model, responsible for adapting regional product strategy to market reality, supporting go-to-

market alignment, and integrating market feedback into APAC product planning.

Scope

Primary focus is on the North Southeast Asia markets of Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam

within the AM Traditional business, while supporting coordinated product planning and

execution alignment with APAC Product Marketing and local commercial teams.

Major Responsibilities

1. Market Product Management

Define product offering, positioning, and priorities for the assigned North SEA markets in line

with APAC product-line direction and local business needs.

Translate APAC product-line priorities into localized product plans, assortment

recommendations, and market-level portfolio actions.

Lead annual product plans and portfolio reviews for the assigned markets, aligning local

opportunities with regional priorities.

2. Go-to-Market Adaptation and Launch Coordination

Adapt go-to-market frameworks to local market reality rather than operating as a standalone

execution owner.

Coordinate launch readiness with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Data /

Catalog stakeholders to ensure product availability, clear positioning, and market readiness.

Support localization and product readiness decisions for the assigned markets, including

packaging or market-specific product requirements where relevant.

3. Sales Support and Market Enablement

Partner with local sales and trade marketing teams to support product communication,

customer engagement, and product training activities.

Support channel-facing product activities, trade fairs, and engagement initiatives as part of

broader sales enablement and launch support.

4. Market Intelligence and Feedback Integration

Analyze customer, channel, and competitive dynamics across the assigned markets and

translate insights into structured recommendations for APAC Product Marketing.

Provide disciplined market feedback on product performance, assortment needs, launch

effectiveness, and local commercial priorities.

5. Pricing Execution

Contribute local competitor benchmarks, market feedback, and product positioning inputs

into pricing discussions and major interface with regional pricing management function.

Educate, drive and support price execution through sales team and local customers, monitor

channel value chain evolution.

6. Transitional Dual Role / Organizational Clarification

In addition to the local market role, this position may temporarily support APAC AM

Hydraulic as an interim Product Line Lead, leveraging Thailand as the first launch market

and helping strengthen alignment between regional product strategy and local execution.

This dual role is limited and complementary. The North SEA market role remains the primary

responsibility during the transition period.

Sales Manager – Thailand, Indochina and the Philippines and relevant local sales teams

APAC Product Marketing leadership, Product Line Leads, and Data / Catalog management

Integrated Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain / Logistics, and relevant commercial

support functions

Controller & BA / pricing stakeholders for market-input and benchmark support

Success Measures

Clear and actionable product priorities for Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam

Effective launch coordination and localized GTM alignment in the assigned markets

Strong flow of local market insight into APAC product planning

Disciplined cross-functional coordination and readiness support across the local execution

environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of product marketing, product management, or related commercial experience,

ideally in automotive aftermarket or comparable B2B industries

Strong go-to-market coordination, market analysis, and cross-functional stakeholder

management capability

Ability to operate in a matrix environment and balance market execution with regional

alignment

Strong English communication skills; Thai or another relevant Southeast Asian language is a plus
