Job Description
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for an entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual brand plan and product strategy, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and target customer segmentation.
Execute, monitor, and analyze tactical plans (e.g., sales, marketing) to drive brand growth and market share.
Lead and manage promotional activities, including local, regional, national, and international marketing initiatives.
Monitor and control brand budgets and assess the marketing mix of product to evaluate cost-effectiveness and performance results.
Drive market research and customer insights to inform product positioning, development, and promotional campaigns.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and make data-driven adjustments.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and opinion leaders to support product visibility and market penetration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory) to align product initiatives with business goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing ongoing training and support to internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (Master's degree in Business, or Marketing is a plus).
Experience: 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 1-2 years as an assistant manager or product manager (experience in Hematology field is a plus), with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
Skills: Strong analytical, project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in market analysis, regulatory knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in a flexible schedule with frequent travel.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hematology or related therapeutic areas is an advantage
