We are looking for talented Product Managers at all levelsfrom Associate to Leadto join our growing product team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your skills and creativity to tackle challenges that impact millions of users, merchants, and riders, and contribute to our journey to become Thailands No.1 platform.
What youll do:
- Define product strategy and roadmap by deeply understanding user needs, market dynamics, competition, and business goals
- Drive product development end-to-end: analyze requirements, assess ROI, and set clear priorities and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, data, business) to deliver and continuously improve products
- Take ownership of product outcomes: track, analyze, and report key metrics, using insights to refine and scale impact
- Build domain expertise and lead initiatives within your product area (e.g., Consumer App, Merchant Experience, Rider Tools, Internal Tools, or POS)
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.0 (or equivalent)
- Preferred 35 years of experience. However, candidates with 12 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, product sensibility, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
