Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to identify brand opportunities and set long-term strategies.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor annual brand activities to deliver both sales and brand objectives.
  • Build brand awareness through integrated marketing communications, events, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer insights to create effective marketing initiatives and product innovations.
  • Lead new product development and launch processes across functions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure market readiness and smooth execution.
  • Manage product portfolios to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance market share.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure profitability of the business unit.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and marketing updates with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Build long-term brand loyalty and equity through consistent brand communications.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG business.
  • Experience in team management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong numeric and logical thinking, with solid business acumen.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
